Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. Customer orders constitute binding offers, which we may accept within 10 business days through written confirmation (via email, fax, or other means) or by delivering the goods. Verbal advice provided by our staff is binding only if confirmed in writing.

If a customer cancels an order or returns goods without a legal or agreed contractual right, we reserve the right to charge liquidated damages of 20% of the net order value (excluding shipping). If a customer fails to pay an advance within 14 days after invoicing and we cancel the order, the same damages apply. The customer may provide evidence of lesser damages, and claims for higher damages by Craftsman remain unaffected.

For goodwill-based returns, the customer is responsible for proper packaging and any associated costs. Goods must arrive in their original condition, and risk transfers upon receipt at our warehouse.

All prices are net amounts and exclude VAT, which is applied at the applicable rate. Cash discounts require explicit written agreement.

Unless otherwise specified, prices are EXW (Ex Works, as per Incoterms 2020) from our designated warehouse.

For deliveries within Germany, the shipping terms are CPT (Carriage Paid To), per Incoterms 2020, with delivery to the curbside at the customer's specified address. Additional surcharges apply for island or mountainous destinations.

Shipping outside Germany incurs separate costs and is subject to individual agreement or display during the order process.

Payment for all goods and services is due immediately upon contract confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

Offsetting customer claims is allowed only if undisputed or legally established. Rights of retention are restricted to claims arising from the same contract.
