General Terms and Conditions

All sales, deliveries, and offers made by Craftsman Storage Systems (hereinafter "we", "us", or "Craftsman") are governed solely by these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These terms apply to all current and future business relationships with customers, even if not expressly reaffirmed.

Any customer terms and conditions that conflict with or add to these GTC are expressly rejected. Craftsman's GTC will apply even if we fulfill a delivery without objection to the customer's conflicting terms.

Our products and services are exclusively intended for business entities as defined under14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law, and public law special funds—not for private consumers. Resale to consumers, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited.

Deviations from these terms require explicit mutual agreement, proven by written confirmation. Any agreements made prior to or at the time of contract conclusion must be in writing to be valid.
